I live a few hours from Lago di Gardo (Lake Garda) and the weather has been completely still yesterday and so far today looks like a beautiful high pressure system. Not a cloud in the sky-- perfect for water skiing ;-( This is very unusual for here; however, the lake has a natural funneling effect that can amplify winds, so perhaps it is not as bad as my trip last weekend to Texel.
