i recently started sailing f16s. i have raced lasers for the past couple years and sailing h16s. im pretty sure the boat im sailing is set up the same way it came from falcon as. is there anything you guy ran different or did differnt that works better or is easier to use?

Most of these boats are pretty well sorted. I would learn to sail the boat before making any major changes that could end up just setting you back or over complicating things.

Hi Angelo,

It's best to start with the factory setting on the boat and the standard trampoline layout. Both you can find here on the US Falcon site: http://www.falconmarinellc.com/?page_id=78

Once you get to know the boat better, you can work on finetuning ofcourse.
I see you're from Sarasota, so there must be quite some Falcons around, have a look/talk with them, that's the fastest way to learn.

Ofcourse if you have any questions you can contact Matt or myself and we'll be happy to help you get things sorted!

Gill

Yep thats important. If they are not tight the rest doesn't work well either. I replace them once a year.
