Dear NAF18 friends,



I would like to welcome you to the F18 world, and to wish you the best success in promoting the F18 in North America.



We are discussing with Hobie Cat Co to implement an In House Certification process under ISAF regulations, in order they could be able to supply full certified boats and sails.



This should facilitate the development of the F18 overseas, and I wish all the big manufacturers will join the move.



I hope some of you will enter the 2002 Worlds in Germany, in order to both participate and attend the World Council meeting.



Don't remember we have to submit any rule changes to ISAF by the 31 August deadline.
