0730 = First start OR "THE" start?

This will be my first RTI but I know they've had staggered starts for the past couple of years.

If any of y'all need it, here is an old nautical chart of the Pensacola/Ft. Walton area that may be useful for the Round the Island. This will be my 7th RTI. I know this dates me but I still have the Tshirt from the very 1st RTI in 1981!
