Our annual Shelter Island race is saturday August 15th at the Southold Yacht club. We may have a good turnout with some guys coming over from Connecticut to join in the fun.

Greg... I missed this post til today.
The 15-16th we had the New England 100 in Newport. It was lots of fun this year with a 65+nm course the first day and about 40 the 2nd.
I've wanted to do the round SI race for a few years but logistically it just seems hard.
I know you don't have any control over the event, but maybe one year that it doesn't conflict with any NENSA events we can get a fleet out there. It'd also be much more enticing if it was a 2 day event somehow.
