sailing instruction while on vacation

looking for sailing club which rents /gives instruction on catamarans- while I take a week long vacation to warmer climats. I've been sailing on Mystere 4.3 and 5.0xl for 3 years (solo) Region travelling to :somewhere in southern U"S"A". When? before next spring....
