Women's Hobie 16 division in 2013 Charlotte Harbor Regatta

The 4th annual Charlotte Harbor Regatta is set for Jan. 31-Feb. 4, 2013 on Charlotte Harbor, Florida. For the first time -- at the request of several competitors -- the regatta will feature a women's Hobie 16 division.
