Waterproof bullet cams

Does anyone there know of a waterproof color bullet cam (and recording equipment) that could be used on a cat? I've looked around, and while the cameras are small enough (for the right price), the recording equipment is not waterproof and small enough. I'm still looking, as this could be HUGE for race websites.
