catamaran instruction while on vacation

Looking for sailing club offering instruction and rental of catamaran while I take a vacation to warmer climats for a week(from up north) I've been sailing Mystere 4.3 and 5.0 (solo) for 3 years. Destination: somewhere in southern U.S.A.. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
