A little bit about us:

So, you may ask, "What the heck is Catamaran Sailor Magazine?"

"Catamaran Sailor" is a NEWSpaper that covers any and all news concerning beach cats of all brands and breeds, all of USA, North America and the World, for that matter. If it concerns multihulls of any kind, we are on it. We also devote a lot of space to the larger cruiser/racer multihulls in the 22-to-36-foot range.Founded in 1994 "Catamaran Sailor" publishes 8 issues a year to subscribers all over the United States. We also have subscribers in Argentina, Austria, Australia, Canada, Chili, Denmark, France, Germany, Israel, Netherlands, Switzerland, and the Virgin Islands.

We are not slick and glossy -- just plain old, home-grown, yard-mulch newsprint. But, we bring you the names, faces, stories and pictures of catamaran and multihull sailors from all over the country and world. And our purpose is to provide a low-cost communication link for those of you who love and/or sail small multihulls. We try to have something for everyone -- novice sailors, day sailors, racing sailors. We have features, tuning and technical information, controversies within the sport, the best listing of all events and schedules, race results, laws and regulations that affect all of us, and fun things to do on the water.

We have some great columns:

  • Captain Noah Tall (He does a parody of Dear Abby, with some pretty insane and funny replies)
  • What If (Racing Guru, Rick White, does an in depth racing tactics column for each issue)
  • Around the Country & World (Reports from fleets all over the world on what is going on in their pond)
  • Many More

A Subscription is only $20 ($21.50 in Florida) for 8 issues per year. We average around 48 pages an issue. Hope you will join us at your home mailbox as well as at this Web Site. (By the way, Display, Card-Sized or Classified Advertising is very inexpensive -- the cost of a business lunch, or maybe even a fast-food stop. Ask for rates. Or click here now for more information).
