Is there a class flag for the Nacra 20? If so where do I get one or two? If not, where can I get the class logo?

I didn't know there even was an "official" Nacra 20 class. We here in FL tried to start one several years ago but the factory wouldn't allow the "class members" to write the rules, the factory wanted to be able to change the design (or rules) whenever they felt the need...

You may recall the "Self Tacker" and "Special Tramp" and mid pole snuffer and the new rudders debacles of years past. Standing by for the Aluminum mast debate!

First you must pay your dues to join the Nacra 20 class, then they give you a 1-900 number...

The Nacra 20 class is part of the Nacra class at large.

Trey was just at my place about 2 minutes ago. I'll call him and ask him where you can get the logo. YOu could probably call EP and get them to make you a class flag. I got my old sail some numbers and a logo from them.

Back when I had my I20 I wanted to buy...ANYTHING that said I20 on it, a shirt, hat, sticker for my car window, anything. I was told they don't produce any of that type of stuff.

Hard to market a class when you can't even get a hat or T-shirt from the Factory!

Separate fleet races @ WRSC probably, now that there are 3 cat fleets; A-Cat, N20, and F-16. It's no longer A-Cats flag and a generic catamaran flag for the N20s because of the new kid on the block.

Chris - F-16s have a class flag.

Timbo, you can get all kinds of Nacra swag from your local Nacra dealer. Might not have been like that when it was Performance Cats - but its certainly available now.

So... the important question...

Who's got what colors..

Beach Cat is black with white graphic by John Mcglouglin

A Cats are White with the A class logo.

F16's?... N20's??.

If memory serves me right, the F16 flag flown at RHYC was orange with green F16 logo. I think Tony produced it.

I'm pretty sure it was bright pink - if memory serves me correctly :P

Bright pink is what Harry threatened to use if we didn't come up with a respectable one. The orange & green is the one Tony produced on short notice. We left it there so we have to go back and get it this year, with more boats.
