Let's try to designate a time to have the Nacra 20 people get together and discuss class stuff.Preferably before the rum parties. Casual or official it doesn't matter, but lets designate a time. Races such as this are really the only chance anyone can discuss anything face to face.
I know we'll be missing a lot of folks but it's better than nothing.

Topics: What specifically did you wish to discuss Todd? I'm all for casual meetings but I think we need a list of key topics to hit so things don't get out of control.

after racing isn't the best time to be doing it. People are rushing around trying to get cleaned up in time for Dinner at Nigel's. I think it should be Thursday night before racing even starts. Maybe Friday morning before races start.

Concur with the pre-race schedule, however, this is often problematic for people as well trying to get boats ready.

Thursday after it gets dark sounds like the best time.

I was thinking the same.Thursday night with no rush to race or rig. Can one of you tech head guys(Tad or Jake,etc.) do a conference call on your cell in case someone can't attend but wants in? I know you Velocity guys are all into that conference call/ circle j..k thing.

Here's an ad that's been running for quite a while on the Tampa Craigslist for an N-20. It used to have some photos but they're gone now. $3500 seems cheap and if you just wanted a spare mast this might be your deal. Even if you didn't want to skipper it you could haul it up to Spring Fever and part it out for a profit.

Me thinks thats a 6.0 not a N20. "No bends in mast" is a clue.
It says Nacra 20'.

Dacron sails are also a clue, I don't believe Dacron mains for the N20 exist (Dacron jibs do, however).

Is it Team Islamorada's red 6.0?

Nah, they would know better than to list a 6.0 as a N20. Some of the wording leads me to believe this isn't someone well established in the N20 or 6.0 racing loop.

I have no idea about the boat. Never seen it around here. I just called the guy, it is a 6.0.
