The Aquafix and ResQfix I do believe will meet the requirements, but you may want to send an email to Chuch Bargeron to be sure. If you do not have his contact info, pm me or call me (919)-302-0880, and I'll give it to you.
As for sponsors, I'm sure Chucky has something up his sleeve, along with Tybee Island Tourism and a handful of other annual faithfuls to the race.
