I hate theives, if you cannot afford it - you cannot have it, work harder and save some cash untill you can buy it yourself, if I caught him he would definatly fall down a few times before the cops got there. I am fortunate enough to sail with a great group and I leave all my boat stuff with the boat, or in the sail storage area(not locked) all summer, occasionally something minor is borrowed(shackle or somthing) but it always comes back the same day, and i usually get a call to make sure i won't need it that day before it goes out. we also have a rule that I really like.. if you break it, up-grade.
