It is one of the most valuable book to own as a sailor.

Check out all the stuff on weather and sail trim. Sure, the skiffs have somewhat different control to affect the sailshape but the basic concept still do apply.

I found it a valuable book all-around. Increasinly more so after each time I reread it or used it t look something up. It is not really a book that will grap you first time around, mostly you'll be reading over the important stuff the first time around, but it is there.
