Any way to get smaller boats involved?
Is it not open to 16' boats now? I thought I remember reading about H16's completing the race in the past, I could be mistaken though.
Dennis & Warren both indicated to me that their intent is to keep the race open to any 2 handed spinaker boats that want to participate. The key is to not end up with boats out too long behind everyone else. And before anyone sqwaks, we all realize that in various wind conditions a non-spin boat can hold it's own against a spin boat, but the organizers have to plan for the "most likely" scenarios.
