Repair the holes with glass and or bog and re-drill the holes somewhere else, say an inch aft of their existing position.

You may also consider moving the holes further away from the edge to prevent it happening again. They are too close in the photos.

The preparation of the repair should ensure a clean surface with as much bond area for the bog to stick to...without going overboard ofcourse.

The bog I have in mind is a thick peanut butter mix of epoxy, milled fibre/glue powder and finely chopped glass fibres (say ~5mm long fibres).

If you want it to look good, don't make too much of a mess and leave the bog a bit sunken, then fill later with some cheap fairing compound (ie. car/builders bog) because it is easier to sand than the glue bog.
