As mentioned before, matching luff curve to mast bend is critical.
Uk Halsey Brisbane want the mast bent measured every 500mm so they can cut the luff to suit.
The mosquito sail I used to come 2nd in the last national titles was the first mosquito sail my sailmaker had ever made. Alot of the fast success was contributed to mast bend measurements.
