the problem is that they float up, there should be a pice of elastic that goes from the edge of the trampoline where the trapeze wires go in, to the shroud, that holds them down.
I had that problem. They would fall down in the windward hulland pop up in the leeward hull. I put a few pieces of thick sticky back felt at the bottom of the well (the kind that goes on the bottoms of furniture) and that solved the problem. I think the bungee to them would work also but that is yet another piece of line crowding up the tramp.
