The traveler track on the TheMightyHobie18 is very sticky and when loaded by the main is worse. I've replaced the bearings and sprayed with sail-kote but still sticky. In light air its impossible to move with out cracking the main. Have considered replacing the unit completely and installing a track across the top off the crossbar. Has anyone ever done this to an 18? Is it worthwhile?
