Apparently, the RC was a little slow in getting the Charlie flag up at the C mark to indicate a change of A mark. The flag went up after Scotty and Murray had rounded C, so they were not aware of the mark change and were given redress."

OOOOOHHHH, that's not good! We had a little mishap like that at the H16/20 Nats this summer with the same RC. The mark boat didn't quite get the job done properly. Let me tell you, there was butt chewin! Remember the mark boat guys are volunteers and do their best.
