You may want to try the Hobie forums under "sweet 16 regatta", there's going to be about 15 or more 16 sailors converging on Jordan Lake this weekend which is right outside of Raleigh, I can mention it to everyone if you need. But I doubt there will be any out-of-state attendance. The atlanta area is really a pretty good haul from raleigh.
