Rolf, recently observed your blog, has generated a few Q's
1)Did you get plans from Phill adapted to a strip build?
2)Were you able to find marine grade okoume 3 or 4 mm at any price?
3)What dimension do you want for your strips? Are you ripping them from plywood or solid fir? Are you bevel cutting any of the strips?
4)If these need to be precisely cut, why are you considering cutting them on anything besides a table saw? (I'm a construction worker, own both a skilsaw and a table saw. With 3 men you shouldn't have a problem cutting 4'x8' sheets on a table saw)
Your partners look like they are dealing with close to freezing temps in your shop. Where is Molde in Norway? I've heard that Northern Europeans keep their homes quite cool in the winter, 40F.
What winter temps will you be working in? What are your home temps? Can you confirm that civilization can continue if you have to wear a hat and coat inside? Enjoying the presentation of your communal project, Steve
