I assume the constitution is a project the GC is working on which is not quite ready for publication yet.
It is long overdue that F16 owners (and builders) took control of the future direction of the class rather than allowing anyone armed with a keyboard and internet access to pontificate and 'advise'.
After the last weeks discussion, I think we are all on our toes and ready to hit such activity quite hard.
