Any National Authority recognised measurer can measure an F16. Any class can also appoint it's own measurers. These measurers though will only be able to measure F16s as they have no standing with the National Authority or ISAF.

If the F16 class goes the ISAF route then we will have to look again at who is entitled to measure our boats.
