Hello All,

I have purchased some new carbon boards. Not sure if the $ spent will overcome the limitations of skill shortage
but I figure it's important to look ones best, even if you are upside down. <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />

Having never packed a case before I thought I'd consult the collective wisdom of the forum for some pointers.

My existing boards are also 10 inch so at first look, not much change seems to be required.

The cases are currently packed at the top and bottom only.I thought I should also take the opportunity to do some preventative sealing of the cases.

Questions:

What material to use for packing?

What is best for sealing the cases... the the paint is very thin in there suggesting it hasn't been looked at for quite some time.

Method to ensure all things are lined up as they should be.

Any suggestions for carpet/whatever for lining.

Should I put some lining inside the bottom of the case to protect the boards?

Comments gratefully received. <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

Cheers
