Unfortunately I couldn't emulate Wales's Grand Slam victory. Up to today I had won every Winter series race but the conditions and course favoured the two up Cats. Blowing around 18mph and a good easterly chop made for some exiting racing, lead the race for the first 1.5 laps but a poor tack let a F18 past and I couldn't get close enough after that to put any pressure on them. Still it was very fast and bumpy sailing at times and it was just nice to be back on the water and having a good work-out. Only two winter series races remaining and as long as I compete I don't think I can be beaten. <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />
