And, by the way, even IF (and that is a VERY big IF) the sailboat was somehow at fault for getting hit by the powerboat, why would it be the person at the helm of the sailboat who is charged with manslaughter rather than the owner and skipper of the sailboat, who was on board at the time? This would be a very bad precedent to set.
