As for tools, just a tapemeasure, drill w/ 3/16"bit, and decent pop rivet tool. I used a craftsman pop rivet tool like this one. The only thing is that those monel rivets are really hard to set. I kind of cheated and used a clamp to compress the handles to 'pop' the nail.
I forgot one other tool, a pair of vise grip pliers to set the hog rings on the bungee cords.
And apparently attaching the pdf did work. One note about the pdf, it is really just the CAD dwg I used to figure out my options for post placement, not the whole procedure. You will find the links to that in posts above. In the PDF you will see on the left, the first option I considered, with 2 posts per former strap location. This is a viable option, but my tramp had the middle 2 cutouts 1" offset,I guess a misalignment at the factory. You will note the cyan lines indicating where my strap cutouts actually are.
In the end I decided if it would be better overall support to add the extra 4 spaced evenly between what should be the correct cutout location for every tramp (hence the dimentions I called out, check yours to make sure this will work), for a total of 8 posts evenly supporting the aft end.

If you don't want to make any mods to your tramp, then omit the optional posts, just place them at the stock cutout locations. Four is probably ample, not alot of loading there anyway. Eight just makes it a little tighter.
