When you log in, your mailbox allows you to send a personal message (pm). Use this as a means to provide telephone No.s etc. to each other <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />

Just check every time you log in. It will tell you if you have new messages.
