I sail solo most of the time but would like to have a crew......

Crew needs to be female, no more then 50kg. Strong and ready to rig/launch recover boat. Must understand all errors are the crew's fault. Able to call all marks. Understand my grumpy and unreasonable attitude. Always be first to the bar with pint of real ale ready after the race. She must understand we sail for fun and results dont matter. (Unless we are winning then results are the only reason for sailing.)

Be good to be available for the Global Challenge in August.
