It's hard to get a handle on the exact complaint, but the Aclass/F16 regatta was mentioned a number of times. There was also discontent among some of the heavier crews that they might sail against the same skipper 1-up in some regattas and 2-up in others.

My concern is for the Area D qualifier and I think our equipment rule addresses the issue.
