I`ve heard raking rudders forward will also reduce weatherhelm upwind, but too much will make the rudders "twitchy".
If I can reduce weatherhelm upwind in this way I may be able to rake the mast back a bit, which should reduce lee-helm downwind.
I`ll try it out next time out.
