There has been a lot of discussion about cat sailing and lack of coverage here on the forum and IMO we may be knocking on the wrong door.

I think Cat Sailing is trying to break into the wrong venue if it that venue is mainstream or prime time television. In the 30 years I've been sailing cats, the cat sailors have always been considered the "renegades" of sailing. (It's easy to pick cat sailors out at the all inclusive yacht club skippers meeting - know what I mean?) It appears to me that we'd be better suited trying to get air time on Fuel TV or get a bid to participate in the X-Games. Seems that there would be a better interest among surfer-biker-snowboard types. "speed with some risk" -- always makes good entertainment.
