Both Nautical Reach and Boatcraft sell MarineTex. Boatcraft will be the lower cost provider.

MarineTex is a 2 part epoxy putty. It works pretty good, is easily sanded and faired, dries and stays white.

I don't think that the holes require internal access. The crack would probably be best repaired internally and then Marine-tex used for the cosmetic.
