there's a version that highlights the changes so you can see exactly what changed. I managed to skim them last night adn think they did a good job cleaning them up...here's the one's with highlights.

I see that they did change the zone around the mark to be a variable of 2 or 4 boat lengths that can be defined in the Sailing Instructions.
