I got the garage floor poured yesterday and the Acat is now back inside. I want to hang her up above the car.

Have any of you done this? Any advice?

Is the Harken Hoister worth the money? It seems the cleat is the heart of the system and I could make up some thing cheaper with old blocks that I have lying around.
