BOATS MUST BE RIGGED & LAUNCHED in the area of the beach. Trailers should be parked in the designated area at lower left of map alongside the access driveway. There is car parking all along both sides of the drive paralleling the beach, and you can rig your boat in one of the car slots, take it to the beach from there on beach wheels, and then immediately move your trailer to the trailer parking area.
Or you can just go directly to the trailer parking area, rig your boat there, and wheel it to the beach from there.

YOU ABSOLUTELY CANNOT RIG YOUR BOAT OR PARK A TRAILER, EVEN TEMPORARILY, ON THE “GREAT LAWN.” (See map)

On the beach keep your boats at one end or the other, leaving the center section (where the sand pile is) clear for regular beachgoers. That area may be marked off with pylons or something; but, if not, leave it clear anyway.

Registration will be done in the tent at the south (west?) end of the beach. That will be regatta headquarters and is the area where beer will be available and should be consumed ONLY in that area. Transfer beer to the plastic cups provided. Please do not drink anything alcoholic anywhere else on the property.
