Go with the drysuit if you want to have "guest crew" gear. If the guest is comfortable, (s)he might even take up sailing.
That's too funny. I concure with Rolf. It's easier to fit a wide range of guests with a dry suit. And your guest will find it more comfortable than squeezing into a wetsuit.
