Can we find a supplier for all the teams to rent a Epirb / PLB from?

The ones i've found online are $60 a week.

If we rent 40 (20 boats worth) maybe we can get a good deal?
Also, that way maybe we can work out having them shipped to the Islander and shipping them out of Tybee?

Not sure what all of you have done before, would appreciate input.
