If you are in the North Bay consider joining Inverness Yacht Club on the south end of Tomales Bay. Winds pick up to the low 20's every afternoon all summer long, similar to what you find on the Berkeley Circle but with strong gusts from the west coming down the valleys. I keep my Tornado on the beach there, ~10' from the water.
