Fleet 20 Division 3 always trophys all Juniors and b and c fleet get trophys too.
If someone in our fleet gets a "NEW" to them boat we help with teaching them how to rig the boat and de rig it properly. We help them with inspecting boats and letting them know what needs fixed/upgraded for safety.
Last year I took a 16 sailor with about 3 year experience as crew for a day on the tiger. He enjoyed it but said once was enough on that boat. At funsails we hold fun races and let people try other boats to see what they like.
The fun comes first in our fleet and then the racing comes later.
