I tried to post this a few days ago, sorry I must've screwed up! I have a 17 I put the Murrays' Super Jib, and hardware on. I believe the "Super Jib" is an 18 jib. You have to mount the traveller tracks on the tramp rails, due to the sail overlap with the main. If you do this,USE STAAINLESS BOLTS WITH NYLOCK NUTS, and WASHERS, NOT RIVETS! I've done it both ways on seperate boats, and the bolts are easier, and are less likely to crack the fiberglass even if you back up the rivets with washers so they don't pull through. I find the jib is great downwind, and increases the capacity of the boat. In good wind I can take two adult passengers. I would like to get a mesh tramp for my current boat, as the "canvas" is in the water with almost any crew weight at all on it down wind, and you feel like your in a shallow jacusi. Had one great ride with a beatiful blonde last year, we were sailing downwind, and the jib got a gust just right. It felt like we had a chute up! What a blast! Feel free to contact me via e-mail with any questions. Good luck! Brian
