Never trust a forecast more than three days out. At three days you can generally depend on sun, clouds, or rain part of the forecast. At two days out you can start to believe the general wind synopsis. Only the day before can you have any faith in the wind strength prediction throughout the day. Only the morning of can you have faith in the wind directional information. Even then, it's generally only 70% accurate.
