Well UK guys and Gals, you missed a great Mumbles weekend of 9 races in 8 - 20 knots of warm steady sea breeze. Good close racing with 3 skippers tied on 2 wins each at the end of the second day and a social side to drain the last remnants of energy.
Final count of only 5 boats, all single handers, was a little disappointing but there was still was plenty of close racing ( often all 5 boats would be contesting the first mark ) and with the added cats from the Mumbles club having there own handicap racing, plenty of boats to race.
Winner then was Mark P ( who raced away on the final day taking all 3 races ) a close 2nd was John Terry, Paul Warren, Wayne Richards and Eric Noyou ( who had a number of technical problems ) 5th.
Lots of funny moments, lots of not so funny "damn I'm leading but not any more" and some very enjoyable sailing at what is becoming the in place to go in Britain for sailing. A great club atmosphere and good facilities at reasonable cost.
Work beacons so I'm sure others will add.
