They'll probably want to see a valid parking ticket and I written letter describing chapter and verse on why you parked your car so close to council property, didn't you know that all trees fall down some time!!
I've a feeling the council will be shitting themselves. There were survays done on all the tress in the area; they took down a whole load around a small sailing lake down the road last year "in case they fall down and kill someone". They had a lucky escape today me thinks....
