Let me clarify in response to a PM. I have short fingers with wide palms - very weird hand shape. I found, after trying lots of gloves, that the Gills fit best. I think you try lots and keep what works.

Re: garden gloves from Lowe's - very sticky, but the palms tend to slide around too much for me because the glove backs have little structure.
