I just bought out a rental place and ended up with 3 Waves. The Div 9 Championships are coming up May 17th, so I got a few friends together and we are making our own little (and very obnoxious) Wave class for the race. Problem is that we know nothing about tuning (and we need parts).

Is there a tuning guide anywhere? How much mast rake should we use? What's the fastest way down wind on these things--sailing dead down wind or cutting across?? Any traveler action?

Also, I need a complete steering system for one of the boats. I'm planning on 'rigging' it with 18 parts if I can't get the proper parts. Any help would be appreciated.

If there is anyone out there with a Wave and can make the race, come on down!!
