G'day I've worked out that Liz gets all her bruises after a capsize, getting back on the cat as her harness hook and PFD make it awkward for her. Due to her lack of upper body strength I end up grabbing hold of the bottom of her PFD and hauling her on. So instead of stopping my capsizing, with Christmas coming up I'm looking to get her a super thin combination of Harness and PFD. Any good suggestions?
