I just wanted to make everyone aware of my recent dealings with Aquata (harnesses, covers, etc)
I bought 2 Worrell Harnesses for Tybee for my crew and I. The main seam on the back of mine split in half the first day of the race. I called them after getting off the water and next thing I knew ny road crew was driving to Miami where Randall of Aquata had left a brand new one sitting outside their office.
2 months later my crew had the same issue and once again Randall replaced it no questions asked.
They informed me they had not seen this problem previously. Maybe we were doing something differently but these guys stood behind their product. They really care about their customers and cat sailors as we are probably among their biggest customers.
This is great to see these days!
I also can't say enough good things about how comfortable this harness is! I can't imagine wearing anything else during the Tybee.
